The circulatory system sustains human life. The heart pumps blood throughout the body, delivering oxygen and nutrients and carrying away carbon dioxide and waste products. This continuous cycle is essential to life.
From the very beginning, our founder saw a close connection between the circulation of blood and the flow of business. Our company’s name, ICST, stands for “Institute of Circulation System Technology.” It embodies our founder’s vision: to keep this flow moving through continuous renewal, and to become a driving force for economic circulation.
For more than 20 years, we have grown alongside our valued employees and partners from diverse countries, industries, and backgrounds. Throughout this journey, we have remained guided by our corporate philosophy: “Everything we do contributes to providing products and services that support safety and peace of mind in healthcare.”
Founded through joint investment from Russia, Taiwan, and Japan, ICST has always pursued shared growth through strong partnerships, with each partner contributing their unique strengths.
We believe a company is much like a living organism. It thrives when people, goods, capital, and information flow freely, and when new ideas and resources from the wider world bring fresh energy into the business. In today’s rapidly changing world, this belief is more relevant than ever.

ICST is taking its first step into a new era under the leadership of a new President.
Since its founding, ICST has embraced the guiding principle of “Creating self-sustaining economic cycles in the medical and healthcare field.”
Guided by this principle, we have continually sought to develop products that contribute to people’s health and to create new value.
At the heart of the management philosophy I have cherished—one of continuous creation and growth—is the “Philosophy of Circulation.” It means connecting people, technology, wisdom, and aspirations across generations, and creating new value through that ongoing cycle.
I believe that a company can sustain its growth only when its people, wisdom, technology, and aspirations are nurtured through relationships with employees, customers, business partners, and society, and passed on to the next generation.
In my new role as Founder & CEO, my mission is to support our new President, carry our founding aspirations into the future, and create an environment in which the next generation can pursue challenges with freedom and imagination.
That is my mission from here on.
