PRESS RELEASE

As of March 31st, 2016, the amount of capital has increased to 32,100,000 JPY.

Since its establishment in 2004, ICST Corporation has been working on medical and health care devices from various aspects, which are import and export, development, manufacturing, and marketing. We have expanded our overseas market mainly into Russia and China while we conduct business with our original Triangle Business Model which plays a part in enhancement of export of made-in-Japan medical and health care devices.

To utilize the capital more effective, we are planning to promote developing original medical and healthcare devices, and also to expand both of domestic and overseas markets.

In March 16th, 2016, ICST Corporation attended a business meeting "AEC +3" held by Kasikorn Bank in Bangkok, Thai. We conducted successful negotiation with distributors in Laos and it is fairly positive that we could expand new market into South East Asia in near future.

ICST deeply appreciates all the support we have received from Gunma Bank.
