President's Message
As a Designated Marketing Authorization Holder (DMAH), ICST, in accordance with its name (ICST stands for Institute of Circulation System Technology), contributes to human health through developing and selling of a wide range of medical and health care devices related to the blood circulatory system.
ICST is an international company established through investments from three countries - Russia, Taiwan and Japan. With planning and development as its core business, ICST is aiming to become a global company that facilitates the service-product-money flow through partnerships with manufacturers, sellers, and distributors in order to foster development of healthy economic circulation worldwide.
